Toni Jo Libeer, age 67, was born November 12, 1953 in Kansas City, Missouri. She passed away at home on November 7, 2021. Toni is preceded in death by both parents, Joe and Marie Bono of Kansas City, Missouri, and her beloved daughter Catrina Marie Ricketts (29) of Kansas City, Missouri.

Toni is survived by her (estranged) husband, Earl L. Libeer, Jr. of Arkansas; one brother Charles Bono of Kansas City Missouri; cousin Linda Belgiere (husband Sam); one grandson, stepdaughter Stephanie Jones (husband Adam), and of course, her favorite stepdaughter, Emily A. Libeer (29) of Kansas City, Missouri. Services will be private.
