Wanda Faye Butler was born November 2, 1955, in Kansas City, Missouri.  She was preceded in death by her parents Warren and Enora Jackson and (father) Seldon Butler, (sister) Rochelle Butler, (brothers) Rodney & Dalvin Butler and (life partner) Lloyd Moore.

She attended school at Paseo High School in Kansas City, Missouri.  She loved children so much she became a child care provider until her illness.

She enjoyed life without judgment.  She loved her family and enjoyed helping raise her grandchildren.  She loved music, cooking, and socializing at the family gatherings.

Wanda Faye had a sweet personality, a loving and kind heart, and a beautiful smile.

She will be remembered for the unconditional love she had for her family.  Her great cooking, her kind heart, and her contagious smile.

Wanda Faye leaves behind one son, Richard (Chantez) Butler; two daughters, Aretha (LaShay) Butler and Stephanie Renee Moore; 12 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren.

Services for Ms. Butler will be held 12:00 P.M., Saturday, July 24 ^th , 2021 at E. S. Eley & Sons Funeral Chapel. Burial Lincoln Cemetery.  Friends may call from 11:00 A.M. until service time, Saturday, at the chapel.
