Warren D. Foreman, Sr. was born February 2, 1936, in Oak Bowery, Alabama.  He eventually moved to Opelika, Alabama where he was raised with his brother, Roy and his sister, Doris by their grandmother, Minnie Foreman.

Warren joined the Army during the draft right before the Vietnam War. He met and married his first wife, Alberta Smith (Foreman) and they raised six children together and two grandsons in their home.  He remarried Marilyn Jackson (Foreman) and they raised two children together and her grandson, Steven in their home.

Warren fell asleep on Tuesday, April 26, 2022 at The Groves Nursing Home.

He is preceded in death by his grandmother, Minnie Foreman; his mother, Margorie Wright (John); his daughter in love, Jeanette Jackson; and three grandchildren, Kimberly Mitchell, Maurice Foreman and Cleon Foreman Sr. along with other family members.

He leaves to cherish him in memory, his wife, Marilyn Foreman; his brother, Roy Lee Morgan; sister, Doris Posey; two daughters, Jo Curl and Joyce Scott; five sons, Gene Foreman, Warren D. Foreman, Jr., Eddie Roy Foreman, Shannon Foreman (Le'Shawn), and Allen Foreman (Shanika); and three generations of grandchildren, and host family members.

Funeral Services for Mr. Foreman will be held at Friday, May 6, 2022 at 11:00AM at E. S. Eley and Sons Funeral Chapel.  Private disposition.  Friends may call from 9:00AM until service time at the chapel.
