Rockey Louis Bradley, Sr. was born January 5, 1960, to his parents, Arlene Bradley and Isaac Allison in Kansas City, Missouri.  He was preceded in death by parents, one brother, Ike Charles Bradley and two brothers-in-law, Milton Lloyd Clark, Sr. and David Warren.

He attended Westport High School.  Rockey loved hanging out with family; especially his grandkids, watching and playing sports, not to mention making a fashion statement; nobody wore Dodds and Stacy Adams like him.

Rockey departed this earthly life on Wednesday, August 24, 2016, at Truman Medical Center in Kansas City, Missouri. "Redman" as he was known by many will truly be missed.

He leaves to cherish his memory: six sons, Rockey Bradley, Jr., Marlon Smith, Deundrae Smith (Trisha), Keith Brim, Rakeem Bradley and Kenny Smith; four daughters, Tonisha Lyles, Raquel Bradley, Rockayla Bradley and  RoShay Bradley; seventeen grandkids, Jayveon, Ya Ya, NuNu, Lil Rockey, Kyleigh, Marlon, Madison, DJ, Price, Keith, Kemiyah, Tyron, Amiyah, Aniyah, Fan, Kenny, Klay; six sisters, Betty Warren, Shelia Clark, Patricia Bradley, Lisa Mahan (Bryan), Soundra Bradley (Mondell) and Nicole Bradley; a special niece (his daughter before he had kids) Erica ("Charlie") Bradley Ransburg; special friend, Cheryl Thomas; those that help create his legacy: Marla Smith, Aleshia Brim, Paula Smith, Wendy Anderson, LaTonya Haliburton, Carrie Blewett and a host of nieces, nephews, cousin, relatives and friends.

Services for Mr. Bradley will be held 12:00 Noon Saturday, September 3, 2016, at E. S. Eley & Sons Funeral Chapel with Minister Christopher Foreman officiating.  Burial in Blue Ridge Lawn Cemetery.  Friends may call from 10:00 A.M. until service time Saturday at the chapel.
